Christopher Pierce Wall Art

Christopher Pierce is well known for the commanding and huge florals that come from the reward of his gardens. He’s a fine artist who’s nationally recognized for his portraits, still-lifes, florals, interiors and figures with a mature sensitivity and panache. Along with his eye-catching portraiture, his colors are ground in the old masters’ traditions of, a tradition which helped in infusing his work with a timeless quality. For his exquisite and deliberate style of artistry, Pierce has continued to attract a lot of interest. He is a member of the prestigious Salmagundi Club, and has been elected to the National Arts Club in New York City. He’s also a member of the Hudson Valley Art Association, Audubon Artists, and the American Artists Professional League. His art has been featured in many leading magazines including Fine Art Connoisseur and American Art Collector magazines.

His paintings have also been finalists in both the Still Life/Floral and Portrait/Figure categories in the annual art competition of The Artists Magazine. The artist has won several other national awards, such as Best Traditional Oil at the Annual Salmagundi Members Show: the CAAP memorial award at the American Artists Professional League in New York City; the Director's Award at the Oil Painters of America in San Antonio, Texas; and Best of Show at the Old Forge Adirondack Annual. He is represented by Tree’s Place in Orleans, MA, San Francisco, the Cavalier Galleries in Greenwich, Nantucket, MA, and the Harrison Gallery in Williamstown, among others. His art currently adorns the walls of many building around the world.
