Geno Peoples has been drawing since he was a young child. He’s a Native of Panama City Florida. Being the oldest of five boys, Peoples has been blessed because he inherited the artistic gene that has been passed down to the oldest child for the past 4 generations. He prides himself on the ability to achieve perfection though he has no formal training. Peoples believes that he achieves his strength in his artwork by being a highly versatile artist. He has many of his paintings in different locations in Panama City, Fl, and in many different countries and states as well. In the March 2006 edition of Field and Stream Magazine his art titled "Peaceful Moments" was showcased. He believes that success can only be achieved through perseverance, hard work, and through the Grace of God. Furthermore, he also believes that humans are no more than the tools that powers the special gift that God gives them all.
Peoples’ works are showcased in many prominent businesses. His art continues to be avidly collected by many. He says that he became an artist because he has been blessed with a talent and he has a passion for painting. As an artist, he likes to think of himself as a people pleaser. Thus, he would be honored for his work to hang on people’s wall. He is currently Published with Hadley House and Licensed with Art Licensing Company. Apart from painting, he also teaches art lessons at Hobby Lobby in Panama City, Fl. In 2012, his piece titled "Battle Ground" won Buck Master Deer Federation painting of the year. Another painting of his titled “Slippin" won the same title in 2013.
