Viola Lee Wall Art

Viola Lee is a graduate of Brighton School of Arts. She graduated with honors in Fine Arts in 1979 in England. After her graduation, she worked as an art and antique restorer in London, and while at it, she continued with her education taking university courses in English and also in teaching English as a second language. She also studied photography and printmaking. From 1981 to 1986, she worked as a part-time tutor in which she taught conceptual development to foundation level students. The courses covered painting and drawing, and at the same time, she continued to develop her own artwork. Viola spent some time in New York in 1986, and then eventually she decided to settle in Canada. Viola has had multi-facetted experience as Arts Council Artist in various other graduate and post-secondary school programs and as Joint Head on Montessori School of Art.

She’s held one-person exhibits of her work at the esteemed Erindale Collage (within The University of Toronto), Nexus Gallery in Brighton England, and at multiple venues at the Leo Kamden Gallery in Toronto. Her selected corporate collections include The Art Gallery of Ontario, Xerox Canada, and the University of Toronto. Viola’s art is in private and corporate collections spanning cities from New York and London to Toronto and Barcelona. She’s good at what she does and this has made her to attract a huge following of fans spread all over the world. She produces her art in a variety of finishing options to increase their collectability.
