Van Gogh Landscapes

Interiors and structures in general never fascinated Vincent van Gogh, with the famous painter preferring to spend time outdoors. When he didn’t focus on self-portraits, he found great pleasure in admiring nature and always found the energy and enthusiasm to project its enduring beauty on canvas. OrientalFurniture.com is the place where you can find stunning Van Gogh landscapes, with his painting trips resulting in dozens of paintings. They are available on canvas but would look much better framed and hanging on the wall.

1888 was the year when he traveled around Arles and the beauty of the area, prompted him to create several Van Gogh Landscapes paintings. OrientalFurniture.com has them, and names such as The Old Mill, the Olive Trees or the Mulberry Tree in Autumn reading strangely familiar to art lovers. The images are surely worth a thousand words, because all of them are painted in bright colors and radiate an optimism that was not specific to the Dutch painter.

It all culminated with the Wheat Field paintings, which are special because they depict the tiny area he could see from his asylum at St. Remy. Van Gogh Landscapes are even more impressive for those who know the story behind the paintings and are a must have for any dedicated collector. They prove beyond doubt that the human spirit and talent will always find a way to shine regardless of hardships and truly dedicated individuals will never be stopped in their tracks.
Spending some time in the great outdoors is always a good way to relax and forget even if for only a little while about the daily problems. In the absence of such a retreat, we can find solace in admiring beautiful paintings and OrientalFurniture.com grants us access to the classics. There are some beautiful Van Gogh Landscape Prints to be found here and they are an eclectic mix of optimism and melancholy, with the troubled Dutch artist quickly shifting from one mood to the other.
After a brief period of time in which he focused almost exclusively on flowers in general and sunflowers in particular, his focus shifted to landscapes. The time spent at the asylum was extremely difficult for him and he found solace in painting the wheat fields with the result being fantastic Van Gogh Landscape art prints. He didn’t get to see much from the walls of his tiny room, yet he extracted an astonishing amount from this narrow perspective and painting the field during different times of the year.

Very few of the Van Gogh Landscape paintings are optimistic and despite the fact that they celebrate an otherwise beautiful nature, these images radiate melancholy. In the final years of his life, the painter was overwhelmed by the loneliness and these feelings show clearly in the Van Gogh Landscape Prints. Those who know the tale appreciate them for the story they tell, but anyone will enjoy them just as much for their sheer beauty.
